You can create any number of your own reminder schedules. This facility lets you manage different clients with different reminder needs.
Each schedule can have one or more messages such as an e-mail 1 week prior, and SMS 1 day prior. You can even schedule a message after an appointment, to thank them or to arrange follow-ups.

The messages will be personalised the way you want them to be.

To help you get started, we have provided an appointment book wizard which makes it easy to set up simple appointment books. You simply select when your workday starts and ends, and the length of each appointment. If you want a complex layout, with different start and end times on different days of the week, you can do that, too.
