Mercumer Privacy Policy

1   This is the Privacy Policy of Clarinet Internet Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Mercumer.
1.1 Mercumer is operated by Clarinet Internet Solutions Pty Ltd of Victoria, Australia (Clarinet)
1.2 Clarinet undertakes to fully respect the privacy of you and your clients, patients and other
    contacts.  We do not give any details of you or your contacts to third parties except under 
    the explicit conditions listed in section 2.

2   Collection and Treatment of Private Personal Information
2.1 Clarinet collects and uses Personal information about you for the sole purpose of supplying 
    its Services to you, and managing your account with us. Clarinet therefore collects Personal
    Information so that it may:
     a. provide you with billing and account management;
     b. clearly identify you as the account holder;
     c. send SMS and e-mail messages to you and your contacts;
     d. to advise you (but not your contacts) of any information about your service, or other
        services which Clarinet may provide.
2.2 If you do not provide all the Personal Information Clarinet requests from you, Clarinet may
    be unable to supply the Service to you, or Clarinet may be restricted in the way it supplies
    the Service to you.
2.3 Clarinet may disclose Personal Information about you, for the purposes listed in 2.1 to:
     a. Clarinet's agents, dealers, contractors and franchisees;
     b. Clarinet's suppliers who need access to the Personal Information to provide Clarinet with
        services, enabling Clarinet to supply you with the Service; and
     c. joint venture partners of Clarinet.
2.4 The personal information which Clarinet holds on you is always available to you in the
    configuration section of the Mercumer service.  You may correct information which is inaccurate.
    You may also request that information about you and which you cannot edit be corrected if you
    think that it is not accurate.
2.5 Clarinet will disclose personal information about you to law enforcement agencies with
    jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia, or in any other jurisdiction appropriate to the physical
    location of any computer server used by Clarinet to provide the Service, but only upon service
    of a properly obtained court order, warrant or equivalent.
